Kings Of Convenience 是挪威的双人组合，两个挪威大男孩Eirik Glambek Boe和Erlend Oye及两把传统吉他组成了双人乐团Kings Of Convenience。他们一出道，便被NME推崇美誉为「新民谣运动英雄」。Kings Of Convenience清新完美的二部合声如同一股清流般轻轻柔柔地流过人们冰封沉疾已久的心；彷佛呼吸著清新舒适的空气，在唯美浪漫、清新脱俗的乐章里，让自己享有短暂片刻的恬静。 在Chill-out风潮愈演愈烈今天，Royksopp可以在其唱片厂牌Wall of Sound低调宣传的情况下冒出头来，并如此快抢占欧洲市场，可见其魅力确不可小觊。同一时期的还有Kings of Convenience，同是来自挪威这个北欧小国，不过风格却是大相径庭。一张颇Easy-listening的Quiet Is New Loud令他们崭露头角，之后的混音专辑Versus请来众多电音界好友拔刀相助。其中当然包括Royksopp混的I Don‘t Know What I Can Save You From，延续一贯的漫不经心，不过细看介绍，竟然还有他们家乡Sandviksfjellet山顶的风的录音。
